Hi I have a bash shell script that can do your requirement very well. It is designed to use User : Pass now, but can be modified to use as IP authentication. This is a very huge script which has many menu driver functions like Create Proxies with defined user name, random user names, delete a range of IP, delete by username etc.. I have a smaller version of that script as well which does only creating and deleting. By the way, one of the major US proxy provider with thousands of proxies uses my shell script.
