Pulp Project

What I need is very simple. I have a vBulletin forum site integrated with aMember software. I need the site to be beautiful and responsive on any device. There are also a few bugs I need fixed on the back end. Nothing major, just annoying glitches. Please DO NOT APPLY unless you know vBulletin and aMember VERY well, as well as PHP. I mean that you must REALLY know these platforms inside and out. It is a complex site. Due to past experiences, I will not release one penny until the job is completed. I will fund the escrow and we can have a contract, but it sits there until job is finished. I am a very fair person and if treated right I will treat you right. About our site: It is a little complex because the front end is a WP page..that is all fine. It is literally just the front end to show updates. It is also responsive. When you click on 'member's login' it goes to the VBulletin site. That is where the members interact and where we have free forums and paid membership forums where we house the premium comics and movies(Premium Vault, Premium Movies). We had an option before to sign up for pulptoon for the free forums as a free members with option to upgrade, but due to troll attacks. So now any new members who wish to join have to pay. We would like to have free members again, but this particular troll was BAD and we blocked his ip over and over and banned him on both aMember and VB but he kept coming back. Anyways, when someone signs up, they are taken to aMember, which we have integrated and the aMember is hooked up with our Verotel account. We are having a lot of glitches with this integration between the VB and aMember. Members have issues changing passwords, etc. And maybe you can at some point just clean up our back end so that there are less errors. It all seems clunky and slow. But first thing...we NEED a responsive VB site. You can use the designs we have already, we just need it so people can view attachments and watch videos and sign in and have a streamlined experience on their devices. Another issue is our chat. We have comet chat which is very bad. I bought the upgrade, but people still cannot go invisible or only chat with one or two ppl. They get harassed when they login, and on mobile devices you cannot seem to easily hide the chat..I would love a good chat option for my members if you could point me in the right direction fir that and something that works with responsive. So for now, I can send you any design elements that you need to start on a mobile/responsive design. Later, if you have something done, (sorry, I have had many bad experiences and a lot of people who said they would deliver and never did), I will give you back end passwords so you can integrate it all and fix the bugs.
