Sales and Bookings Enquiries Administration
We are an international executive bespoke Chauffeur company, we provide private security services for high profile, clients. We Transport our clients in the highest level of luxury vehicles and aircraft's. our staff are highly trained ex-British military, special forces protection officers. We transport some of the exclusive celebrities in United Kingdom, powerful V.I.P’s individuals, such as politicians, Sir’s, Lords, Dukes, judges.
We seek highly trained sales representatives, if any freelancers are interested to have an extensive knowledge in this industry listed above and are enthusiastic to join our team on our project we are looking forward to working with you what part time/short-term or if it’s to work excellently we will hire long term. We are preferably looking for UK-based freelance professionals.. thank you for reading our project
Tasks:
- Answering & making phone calls and emails
- Managing bookings and appointments
- Processing payments and invoices
- Following up and calling hot Leeds for executive chauffeur airport transfers from our platforms
Tasks #2 optional:
- UK based Sales representatives freelancers would be attending high profile celebrity events in our most high end luxurious vehicles, such as Lamborghini’s, Rolls-Royce’s, Mercedes, range rovers etc and marketing promoting our company brand.
- Meeting and greeting high-profile clients, such as Royal Arab families from the emirates, politicians, judges, movie stars, boxing celebrities, specialist marketing consultants, CEO’s , corporate vice presidents giving them a feel of our fleet of luxurious vehicles at the sponsorship events.
Volume of Bookings and Appointments:
- Moderate (11-50 per day)

- Phone calls
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills to handle phone calls and emails
- Strong organisation and time management skills to manage bookings and appointments
- Knowledge of payment processing and invoicing systems
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing bookings and processing payments
- Microsoft Excel
- Live flight tracking
