Simple Jobs project in CodeIgniter

Hello, Please read carefully and only serious people apply please Its very simple job project i need this in CodeIgniter with responsive design also design mockup attached with requirement. Project Details 1-Login is only via Facebook interface and also site registration with simple and user friendly form. (After Login, user may use his Facebook profile picture directly or upload new).Refer to login options of [login to view URL] (Login with Facebook and Website Form Registration) 2-New Job posting option would be very easy and accessible to all members. Required Fields are only the “Job Title” & “Job Details” in the first issue. 3-Jobs Category option to be added while posting job. / Post A Job > Select Category > Select Job Title > Job Description > Post. 4-Each section “Recent Jobs”, “Related Jobs”, etc. will have auto rotation like most of the websites of Newspapers headlines, with option to manual click for next article. 5-Jobs will be posted with pictures. / Jobs to be shown with picture (Picture describing the nature of job, for catchy look) and user can be able to post job. (User will find an option to add picture) 6-Available list of Professionals in Excel and CV collection in Word & pdf Format to be uploaded to Database. 7-Memebrs Matching with Current job to be shown on New Page (Detail of Job Page) along with Selected Job. 9- The candidate can register and upload his CV in the word format. There would be a limitation set for the size of the CV that can be uploaded. 10- There will be option for the admin to export the CV and the details of the candidate 11- Page to submit the CV’s of the candidates along with filling up their basic details Job Role, category and file. (Job role, Category, Name and file) 12- There will be option in the admin section to add up fields which will have to be filled up by the candidate. 13- Upload CV button to be shown below the Logged-in user photo. If CV is already uploaded. The button will say "My CV”. 14- 15-Email Alert to all members whenever new job is posted, related to their profession or selected tags. 16-Email Alert to Yahoo group whenever new job is posted. 17-Posted Jobs to be sent to FB Group/Page automatically or manually. (It will be manually only) 18- 19-User may invite his Facebook friends with an easy interface. Refer to options of [login to view URL] 20- 21-Google Search Engine Optimization (SEO). (Will just provide help only) 1. Meta Tags 2. Meta description 22-Consider the required options to get approval from Google Analytical /AdSense. (For Now only will be integrate Analytics) 23-Overall fonts, colors, and format will follow Facebook as much as possible. 24-Website should be easily viewable on mobile phones and tablets. 25-Take necessary measurements required to keep the website, safe from virus & hackers, etc. 26- 27- 28-"Whats happening" is a social media page, where members can share, text & photos, Like/Dislike & Comment.
