User Management + Google Apps Provisioning

A) We need a developer who can create a simple user management system with the following options. 1. Signup form - username - First name - Last name - Department (drop-down box) - Group - Email - Mobile Number - Password - Confirm passwod - Captcha 2. User Control Panel: - Change password - Change email - Change mobile number 3. Send password by email. (reset user password) Backend: - Super Admin (for manage all user/admin) - Admin for each group, one admin can manage more than one group Admin feature: > For Super Admin - Can view all user > For Admin - Can view only allowance group - User List - Change User Information - - Change User Password - - Reset & Sent User password - - Change User Profile (Mobile Number, Name, Department, etc .. ) It is possible and preferable to use open source frameworks for that. B). Integrate google apps provisioning. Use one of the APIs in PHP [login to view URL] All above is about simple user management and connect them into Google API.
