website overlay script developed in javascript / php

I am looking for someone to design me an overlay script - I want to be able to show an entire website on top of another website using an overlay feature - I do not want to use iframes as this could cause issues with search engine bots. For example - I have a webpage and when someone comes to this webpage they will see an overlay of the site I want to show them. here is how I would like it developed. I am looking for a script that will allow me to login to a backend on my server - I will be able to create a new project and add a url that I would like to overlay on my webpage - The script will then show me a preview of the website (If we are able to change things on this website then it would be excellent - for example I might want to replace the websites telephone number with my own so that when its shown on the overlay it will show my own number - maybe this could be possible by taking a copy of the website and uploading to my own server and then the script allows us to make edits to the way the site looks and then the overlay is shown from the site on my server) the script will then generate the overlay code and I will be able to add this on my own site. I would also like the ability to set timed redirects and exit intent redirects - so for example a user comes to my site and sees the overlay and they now go to leave the site - they will now be redirected to the redirect url i add inside of the project settings - and the ability to redirect users when they come to the site after X seconds in your bid please make the following notes: My bid for Website overlay project
