Wordpress Gallery Page - template and code

I need a new page wordpress page template to display uploaded images like the wordpress gallery. No Plugin. We have a lot of posts with a custom post type. And this post there a uploaded images. At the View if this post's we doesn't have a gallery. There is only a blog-view [login to view URL] What we need. At this blog-view we need a new link : display photos After the user click at the link a new page will be displayed. At this page only the photos from the posts and the post title will be displayed. We don't need a shortcode or something else. This must be a new page (not post) template that will be used with the images and data from the selected post. We already have a special post-template to view this custom post type. You don't have to change this template. The template and the gallery must be responsive and google-mobile-friendly.
