As a user I like to Schedule a pickup for my Laundry, create an account if I want to and see the status of the process. tools to use could be Woocommerce (remember no online payment) but need to collect user Credit card information so it can be charged later), eForms or anything. I also like to be able to purchase an electronic gift card to use later. Need to be responsive. Something Similar to this [login to view URL] (I like the Flow of this ordering system) NOTE: The site will not have any products, it is a simple pickup and delivery as a SERVICE. no pricing will be shown to the user as it varies based on what is going to be needed to clean the cloth which will be known after the pickup is done. Acceptance Criteria: - user clicks on Schedule a pickup - I can schedule an appointment as a guest which I will need to enter my personal information(name, email, address and pickup address is different) OR I can signup (which I create an account so my information is saved) OR Sign-in (so I do not have to enter my information, but able to change pickup address) - Fill a form - Submit a form - receive a confirmation page - When the order is picked up the user will receive a confirmation email including the items we pickeup( example: 3 Shirts, 1 pants, 3 skirts.....etc) -able to cancel scheduled appointment - able to see the status (by a link in the email or website login) - able to see past scheduled pickup and delivery...etc. - As an admin I need to be able to change the order status (example: pickup--->in progress---> delivered) which will send the user an email update. I attached a sample form made with eForms.

Thanks for explaining your requirements so well. 1 - Do you provide 24x7 pickup/delivery service? If not, we shall need to indicate it on the calendar customer uses to select pickup/delivery date and time. One way to indicate this is to make those days/timeslots non-selectable for which pickup/delivery is not available. 2 - The handling of Credit card information should be done with care. Not only, this information should be transferred securely from browser to server but also saved in database in encrypted form. For guest customers, it is highly recommended to permanently delete their credit card data after payment is completed. 3 - Are these fixed price gift cards? If yes, we should provide customer the convenience of instant gift card purchase by paying online. 4 - Do you want to have an expiry date for gift cards?
