we need a web based platform which will have client and internal interface. Data fields to be filled by internal team and customized data outputs will be provided to customer's interface. Authorization and data fields to be selective for respective clients. Internal workflow system for request generation from clients side and a automatic ticketing system to be on the internal workflow for order processing. Performance reports, MIS capabilities to track inventory request till final report delivery. Auto generated emails, Multiple user ids for log in. As far as internal interface is concern, different data inputs for Sales and operations team.
