1. I have some street names for which I keep files. The names could be mixed names, single word, multiple words, single word with numbers, multiple words with numbers etc like the following : Flower Avenue Rose Terrace Purebloom45 (This is one word) Pearl On The Hill 2. I need to disguise them by encrypting them in 4 alphabet letters (no numeric characters, only letters) as follows : RTMD : Flower Avenue ZQIM : Rose Terrace KKRC : Purebloom45 (This is one word) EDWP : Pearl On The Hill 3. I want a software made where I could encrypt from the road names to the 4 letter code and vice versa.

Hey, I have good experience in developing web application as well as desktop applications. Your project is pretty simple. If there is database server involved then that can be used to store the generated code names so that there is no duplicate. if you are not using any kind of database then a simple sqlite file based database can be integrated to make it work.
