I want to create my own Euro Truck Simulator 2 game ONLINE. Currently the official game does not support online however, a third party has already created an online platform that has over 1 million members. However, want to create my own online game for various of reasons. I am looking to get this started.

I want users to be able to drive next each other. Currently a third party has all of this and I'd like the same. Obviously servers would be purchased through hosting

Application needs to be built on Windows Desktop only.
