Hello! I have been using Discord personally and as a developer for 3 years. What's more, I'm from the US as well so you know we will be able to communicate quickly and effectively :) Also, since I'm relatively new to this site, I am still willing to do projects quite cheaply. I can do this project for you using the Python programming language and its Discord API. If you need a host in order to run it 24/7, I can recommend you one OR host it myself for you for very cheap (we can discuss all that later). Otherwise, I can make it easily runnable and configurable to your specifications. I recently completed my University final year dissertation creating a Discord bot in the NodeJS language and would be happy to develop this bot for you. My bot is able to read what all users are doing and record statistics on these members them, it also gives members roles for specific games when they are opened. It also messages the owner of a server when the bot is added to said server. If you would like to know any more let me know. The development for the bot stated in this project brief shouldn't take me more than a day or two, unless there is more to be done that is not specified in the brief.
