steamflex warehouse

I am looking for a long term contract with a warehouse. I have about 4-5 months to complete the patent and start mass production of the product. The parts will be shipped from three different countries. The functionality of the warehouse will be to accept shipments, label the parts, pack and ship the products and or replacement parts, and accept and restock returns. I am in Brooklyn NY close to Verrazano Bridge. I would like the warehouse to be within a two hour driving distance.
