Deep learning with Python

Working with car detection in video. Car detection dataset KITTI was trained using DetectNet. I want to use a python file [login to view URL] (will send you) to feed a pre-recorded car detection video into it and output a mp4 file that shows bounding boxes of the vehicles. The python file has an error OSError: [Errno 8] Exec format error. So it doesn't output a video file. Make sure the output file shows bounding boxes of vehicles. Also, the output file must show class names. I took the file from [login to view URL] want to connect with Developers. please outsourcing person can avoid.
