Feature Extraction from Images

I'm looking for someone who can read all the image files from ([login to view URL] , download and unzip it, but don't change folder structure after unzipping), do feature extraction along with the corresponding label (benign or malignant) and sub-labels (subtypes of each of the categories). The final output should be the code file and a CSV file, with a full image path, image name, features, label, sub-label. Write a clean and modular function for the above task. Download the dataset, which you can unzip and start coding. Don't change the structure of the folder.
