Machine learning scripts with Python

I have a dataset with five outcome variable. The outcome variable can be coded either as continuous variable or discrete outcome (0/1). There are over 90s predictors for these variables. I want you to use scikit-learn and other python machine learning tools to write a python code that performs similar capability that I have using existing R scripts. This includes: 1. Run descriptive analysis on all data 2. Find correlation between the outcome variables and predictors 3. Run factor analysis and principle components analysis on the predictors 4. Run cluster analysis on the predictors 5. Run various machine learning algorithms (such as regression, SVM, Naive Bayesian) on the data either as a regression problem (assume the outcome value is continuous) or classification problem (assume the outcome value is 1/0) I do not care the machine learning outcome, just need your help to write the scripts. The training dataset of 250 samples will be shared. And the existing R scripts will be shared. The entire dataset will not be shared. The script needs to be run on my Ubuntu machine with python 2.7.
