Solution to your problem depends on type of pdf . Is it Text based Pdf or image based? If it is text based Pdf there are several python library for extracting texts from PDF file like PDFMiner, PyPDF2, .. If it is image based we should use OCR (optical character recognition) methods via image and vision libraries like OpenCV. Could you please share a sample file? Thanks
