Python3 Barcode Script Installation

Figure out what packages have to be installed for the error to not appear. There are some packages in Debian itself (via apt-get install XYZ123). There are other packages install via pip and pip3 (via $python -m pip install XYZ123 ----- and via $python3 -m pip3 install XYZ123). Do not modify the script (it is what is posted above). Do not modify the Operating System (it is Debian10). This is needed ASAP. No 2+ days proposals. We will create the Milestone for the full job $$.
