Python: pjsip - DTMF-signals

Our trainee programmer, who is ill at the moment, built a python application that listens/answers incomming calls automatically by playing an audio file. Now we need someone who can do this for us and can do this on a very good price. It will only be few lines to modify and we have only a very low budget, so we will choose the cheapest bidder. 1. the application should play the audio file intro.wav. This will say something like "please press 1 for listening to info audio; # for disconnecting this call; or 0 to repeat the intro." 2. next, it decides on the DTRM signal that the caller pressed how to go on: The pjsip/pjsua provides an event for doing so: on_dtmf_digit. depending on the input (pressed key/DTRM), it goes on with playing [login to view URL], repeating the [login to view URL] or disconnecting. after playing [login to view URL] it goes back to (1). 3. we would like to log in the application (a simple "print"-output will be enough) if someone called a phone extension or an appendedix/suffix to the call that our application is answering, then we want to know about this. Terms & Rules: Delivery Time: We choose the fastest and cheapest bidder for this job. How long will it take you really? Upfront or Escrow: Upfront as soon as you could prove at least one of the features: 1/3 payment of total bid price. Payment: Through paypal; if you want us to pay through moneybookers, there are additional fees and this will be yours. that's why paypal might be better choice. Reports: We insist on daily reports. EVERY day that you are working on the project, you send us at least one email with the information how the project went on today (what feature is done right now) and what you are going to do tomorrow. There should be at least one running .py each day which will be attached. Only by receiving the daily reports we have the chance to know if you are really(!) working on the project or if it is just a waste of time like so often. If You break the rules and do not send the report, the contract/project will be canceled. Please be professional!
