Convert figma designs to React native code

I am looking for someone to convert figma designs to React Native code using version 0.60 of React Native. I have all the design elements and assets complete. This work is to create the complete React Native code from the provided Figma designs. The design is around 10-15 screen.
Here are some general guidelines to follow for this task:
- Use functional components over class components.
- All text should be localized (en/ar).
- No inline styles applied to the components.
- Components and styles should be separated in different files in the same folder.
- Screens data are either static or dynamic. If the data is dynamic then it should be loaded from the assets folder as json through data layer.
- The data layer should be totally isolated from the UI layer.
- For data that are marked "Dynamic", it should be provided to the components with hooks.
- All mobile side efforts like navigation, error handling, permission requests, ..etc should be handled within the task.
- The design should be pixel perfect.
