3D Modelling control room

We need a high definition 3d rendering of different angles to a Security Control Room with a focus on: - Display Wall(s) - Room fit-outs We will have to use 3 model 55” TV display of accurate measures of 1.2152 m (width) by 0.686 m (height) to cover 3 walls as follows: - Phase 1 represented by the front wall of 9.7 m (width) x 2.75 m (height) - Phase 2 represented by Side wall 1 of 7.3 m (width) x 2.75 m (height) - Phase 3 represented by Side wall 2 of 7.3 m (width) x 2.75 m (height) For Phase 1, we will display a grid of 7 TVs by Column (x) 4 TVs by Row to cover the wall. A gap of about .59 m will be shown from each side that can be covered by wood panels for decoration as show in the attached image, or just painted. A 5.3 mm gap will be shown side-to-side of each tv (2.65mm from each side of a TV) For phase 2 & 3, we will display a grid of 6 TVs by Column (x) 4 TVs by Row to cover the wall with no side gaps. As for the fit-out furniture, we have reference photos and can be bought from turbosquid or similar. We will need to show the 3 phases (renders) separately as a progressive add-ons to the room, without disturbing the previous phase (i.e. fit outs). 2 angles for each phase would be required (minimum). delivery of source files required. Deadline of Modeling: 15th April 2014 with first draft render Deadline of final rendering: 17th April 2014 p.s. : measurement in mm for layout (image not CAD)
