Use the following categories to structure your resource analysis: Knowledge & information (including intellectual property if appropriate) Key people Physical resources Finance 3. Construct a stakeholder map for the company’s micro external business environment (include customers, competitors, suppliers etc.) Write a paragraph to describe and critically analyse how the company addresses opportunities and threats in its micro environment. In particular, comment on how the company will remain innovative in the future. 4. What external forces are likely to affect the company in the next few years? Use a PESTLE analyse these forces.
