Project Proosal

Conduct a data analysis and data visualization report designed to be shown to organizational leaders. This report should focus on presenting management or marketing opportunities developed from the data. This project will include a report that will demonstrate the results of at least three types of data analysis in an operational analysis that is illustrated with the appropriate visualizations. The report will also contain an operational plan addressing possible management or marketing opportunities presented by the data analysis which the organizational leaders can use to drive sustainable growth. The World Health Organization's file that will be provided shows metrics for hundreds of variables for ~200 of the world's countries. These are all health related metrics such as birth rate, life span, illness rates, etc. There are about 350 different metrics for each country in the world and each country is also listed by the continent where it is found. This file contains a ton of useful information and you can make some pretty fascinating comparisons and draw interesting conclusions about the health of the citizens in the various regions around the world. Focus more on public health, people and social good that your company can do after analyzing this data set. The Report will be comprised of three (3) sections: 1. Executive Summary 2. Operational Analysis 3. Operational Plan The report should be formatted in a manner that best illustrates the findings and the data. APA citations and references will be expected to support the final operational plan (typed portion). The report will be single-spaced with a minimum excluding a title page, visualizations, references, and appendices.
