Sweet Zanzibar

I would like to submit a business plan to a SME funding institution detailing how and why i would like to go about opening a Zanzibar coffee shop in Dubai. Zanzibar is where i'm from. i would like to open a coffee shop in the area of Mirdif in Dubai mainly focusing on zanzibari coffee, tea, bakes goodies and sweeties, pastries and desserts I miss Zanzibar, and like most of my relatives here in UAE, we are always looking for that little of zanzibar here. I think its something different and exotic and people would love something new. I'm not sure what information you will need to create a business plan some of the areas i would like the report to cover are as follows: 3.1 Prepare a feasibility study using an assortment of sources of information. 3.2 Using the S.W.O.T. analysis establish or decide on the business goals by utilizing the information collected. 3.3 Rationalize and select the most appropriate form of business ownership. 3.4 Develop a human resource plan along with job descriptions of key personnel. 3.5 Prepare and interpret two years projected financial statements (cash flow, Operating statements and balance sheet) appropriate for presentation to selected funding sources available. 3.6 Establish initial (start up) capital needs and select potential funding sources. 3.7 Generate a marketing plan which must be complimentary to the entire business strategy. 3.8 Identify the risks factors and limitation of the plan.
