AIM Artificial intelligent mosquito

so that we can develop a flying robot weighing not more than 50 grams and measuring not more than 1.2 inch, the robot as i have planned should electrify multiple mosquitoes , bugs or threatening insects for that matter one by one flying among the insects' and eliminate life threatening insects' . Electrifying at a required voltage and frequency respectively just enough to kill insects would be a modern wonder , this might have been already developed in , Most advanced and developed countries namely Japan or Germany, However i do not exactly know if it is invented in any other country, for God's sake let do this project for our country .
