Build me an Automated Solution

We need an automated solution for an Employee Management System. Whenever a new employee joins, we need the solution to run asking all the details about the employee and forwarding them to the manager for approval. Following are the key points in the project: 1. Firstly a Form should be generated asking for all the details of the employee like name, age, etc. 2. Then this form is to sent to the Manager for approval. 3. Manager Approval is required for 3 things- creation of E-Mail id, Sending the data to our company's internal portal and Sending the e-mail id and the data to our partner company's database/Website. 4. The Manager can approve one or all of these. 5. Once the manager approval is done, the required tasks are then carried out. 6. All the tasks like email id assignment should be automated. 7. If the Manager disapproves then the employee form is not submitted and the software screen should move on to the initial Employee Form Page. 8. Also Reports should be Generated after each task is carried out to check about its successful completion. Note: This software should be licensed i.e. a software key should be generated for our use only. The project would require the use of API's. so you need to have good knowledge about what API is and how it is integrated with the software. Also the project is automated so you need to have experience working on any automation tool( BluePrism, Automation Anywhere Or UIPath)
