Software and IP rights sale

My company has developed a leading edge piece of software that discovers, audits and allows management of remote machines without the use of agents. Details on the software can be found at: [login to view URL] We are now looking to sell the software and the source code (as a total package) to a technology house or IT consultant and require and sales people and leads for this. We would happily offer in addition to the fee and sales commission for this project. In your bid please detail any contacts you have and any basic project plan. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
