Experience :- Minimum 1 year to 3 Year of strong experience in handling Recruitment Agency and Vendor Empanelment independently or relevant experience of handling B2B sales.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

- Arrange business meetings, lead generation with prospective clients for White Collar.

- Develop business relationships at the CXO/ HR Head or CIO/ CTO level

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

- Build long- term relationships with new and existing customers.

- Develop contacts with people working at influential positions across the verticals like Engineering, EdTech, Fintech, Retail, IT, Banking, aviation and other.

Specification :-

- Experience as BDE/ Sales b2b is mandatory.

- Should be able to work independently.

- Should possess good and sound Market knowledge.

- Should be well versed and good in Oral as well as written communication and negotiation skills.

- Should have prior and good contact with Industry leaders at the Top & Mid-level.

- Should be able to close good numbers of sales deals.

- Time management and planning skills.
