217282 INDEPENDENT SALES MANAGER

I need a HARD CORE INDEPENDENT SALES MANAGER with strong phone closing and management skills. You must have the ability to take TO's and closes. Here's what I require and offer:- (1) You will ONLY be paid overrides generated by your team - $150 per Gold sales or $300 per Plantinum sales. You will be paid weekly and you have to understand that you wil be chargeback the override if a deal cancels and I have to refund. (2) I will plug you into the same training program my closers and salespeople take. There you can begin learning about the product and how we sell it. (3) Next I would expect you to get on the phone for 5 days and show me you can close deals. I will expect you to close 4 Platinum sales(value $3995) over the next 5 days on your OWN without the help of the company's closers. I will pay you the commission ($250/Gold Sale or $700/Plantinum sale) and the management override ($150/Gold sale or $300/Plantinum sale). (4) Once you meet this requirement, from that point forward I would not want you on the phone selling, I want you to do closing for your team when needed, hiring or terminating new salespeople and managing the team independently. (5) I will expect a call (skype) and/or email daily from you. I will want to know the following: A. Number and Type of sales for the day. B. How many TO's you do. C. How many people were on the phone that day. D. Are the salespeople driving traffic. The bid for this project is ONLY $30. It will be paid together with the commissions and overrides of the first sales during the 5 days training (point #3). I believe I have list down the requirements as clear as possible for you to understand the scope of the position. ** BY BIDDING ON THIS PROJECT YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND ON THE PAYMENT SCHEDULES, RESPONSIBLITIES AND THE INDEPENDENCY OF THE POSITION.
