$5 Per Link - Ongoing Project

Im wanting someone to get me 2-5 links per day. All must be PR3+ permanent incoming links, from related websites, has to be related to jewelry. I want the text and url to go to certain parts of websites, so I will be telling you exactly what each should say. I will pay $5 per confirmed link! Different url's a must, and different ip addresses. No more than 15 outgoing links per website. Must be able to start today. On going project. Please send some examples when you bid on project.
