SEO - Link Building for my resale website

I have a new resale website, i sell ebooks, softwares, logos, web templates, fonts, graphics, etc. .... in all-in-one package. My customer targets are online entrepreneurs, internet marketing, internet business owners, etc.... I am seeking an experienced SEO guy who will be tasked with getting our website to the first page of natural (white hat is cool!) search engine listings (Google, Yahoo, Bing etc). I have a dozen of business websites and thinking of giving all the work if this 1st project works fine. I will need the following: 1) Link from profiles on big forums, you must have the list with best forums that accept links in signutare and ill not remove inactive users. 2) Articles and submitted to articles directories, 3) Directory Submission, only popular ones 4) Blog comments, at lease PR+2 I am only going to pay by escalation on a 1month or more time, in accordance to your bid price (example: first 25%, second 25%, third 25% and balance of 25%)... Sorry no upfronts, i just had it with people who asked upfront but could not even deliver the 1st 25% tasked.... i really had bad experiences with upfronts.
