SEO NEEDED - Google 1st Page Needed

I am sorry this is a lot to read, but will be worth it to the right bidder. Plus, this is my second try, so I want us to be on the same page. My Herbal Company requires a professional SEO to achieve top 10 in Google rankings (non adwords) 1. Keyword Breast Enlargement There are 2 (two) secondary keywords: Breast Enhancement and Breast Pills that can be added after the job is won. Websites to choose from: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I have been currently SEO-ing for 2 years and have achieved # 1 results 6 times on Google already. With my other sites consistently reaching top10. The problem is….that was very expensive. I am looking for an experienced SEO person. (atleast 7-10 sites prior) also you must provide a few websites and keywords you already have done. Most of all, we must agree on a strategy and you must be able to implement and complete the strategy and play. This is my second try for 3 domains including ([login to view URL]) WHICH IS # 12 on yahoo under that term. The last guy (SAMSHAH from here at GAF) lasted only 6 weeks and asked for more money during the project…and stated that the site was not W3 validated and he thought THAT was the reason it wouldn’t achieve its rankings he had promised. Apparently he was laying the ground work for his failures. When I asked him to simply make it W3 validated if he thought that was THAT big of a problem, he said there wasn’t a budget for that. (After I already gave him 100 dollar to simply start the project) . I said I would not give him money to validate the site, something I know is only hours and I told him, if validation is such an important part of SEO he should have checked prior, or picked another site…. from the 10 I offered him. So if to you….validation is important, (it’s not) please check or do it yourself. I do not want a guy who does only ON PAGE SEO, (Like Sam SHAH) So you understand why I am frustrated. You must do whatever it takes to get me to the top in your time frame, not simply take money and offer suggestions “why it won’t make it”. This site will be yours. I will NOT be doing anything link validations, link adding, nothing. What you see is what you get, I know this seems obvious, but Sam Shah said he did not believe in links and he only did “on site SEO” so obviously you and I must be on the same page. I have 200 website and run 300 more. If you are successful and cost effective, I can keep you busy for years and that’s a promise. AGAIN, please feel free to show you the sites you have worked on and the keywords in which you achieved your rankings. --Please bid an amount and a time frame-- All the above sites are 2 years old and I have owned them the entire time. You must provide top10 rankings for 1 month or 30 days before I release the money from ESCROW. If you fail to get me top 10 this will be a failure as herbal pills will be bought, time will be spent, etc. DO NOT BID IF YOUR REQUIRE MONEY UPFRONT. I WILL INSTANTLY REMOVE YOUR BID. Please bid knowing and accepting that if you get me to page 2 or page 3 you will not receive anything. I would give you something, but it would be at my complete discretion. As again, this will be a failure. The rankings must be consistently maintained in the top 10 for 1 month. If they drop for a day or two. (1 or 2) that is fine. AND OFFICAL. I am prepared to make 100% payment into escrow for an agreed strategy to be put in place. This may also help…..ALL 3 sites already have had professional SEO people work on them for 6 weeks BOTH PEOPLE QUIT, so they are index’ed in Google etc. One site a guy said he spend 40 hours coding it. So you understand the jokers who are here bidding. IF you are like that, don’t bid. The only problem with each site is the OFF SITE SEO. That’s all, if you don’t know that, you don’t have enough experience.
