Magento Programmer/Developer

I need a Magento developer/programmer to take over some existing work from another programmer. What I am looking for are people that I can chat with who are capable of doing what I am asking. Some tasks include, but are not limited to: • Adding a text box above product categories (see graphic) • Adding help pop-out, or pop-over graphics next to [?] items (see graphic) • Creating a template page of just image templates that are associated with ZIP files to download. Need to create a quick contact form in Magento so people can register to download ZIP files of templates. The link will be emailed to users to download. (design to be determined) • Change some of the designs/blocks on the Magento Template we are using. • Modify an existing cart (to handle a "Request for Quotes" without pricing • Create an Express "Request for Quote" form • Import a user database from a .CSV file • Add some Administration features to modify a Quote that was submitted. • Add Language support (like Spanish) • Recommend Magento plug-ins to enhance the website • Recommend ways to improve website load speeds • and more stuff....
