From Excel / CSV to XML. - open to bidding

For project XLS to XML Need a PHP or Ajax Script that does the following. There is a form that at this time allows user inputs data, when form is processed there is a script that converts that fields into a XML and a PDF. Form is located here: [login to view URL] user: admin pass: temporal01 Script objective is to automate the input using a excel file. Script will read excel file wich has fixed columns each column represents a field, each row will be converted to a custom PDF and a XML with given definition. XSD definitions are: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Webservice is already built. Since there will be several rows in excel file, script will call webservice one time for each row, each result will be displayed here: [login to view URL] So, main procedure is upload - read - compose XML with file values - call webservice* - build PDF and XML* - store in DB* - display* All tasks marked with * are already built.
