Backup entire wordpress site, clear malware and then move to new host

Hi coders, Been having some issues with a site of mine being hit with Malware. So, I have come to the conclusion the problem lies with my host, given that I had other sites with the same problem but have since moved them and no problems since. So, I have my blog that needs a full and compete backup, including all posts and images that I have put into the blog. I need the entire site backed up, cleaned completely of malware and then installed in a new wordpress installation carrying across the entire blog site structure just like it was before.
