Hi I have Exchange 2013, the environment get extreme spam problem, currently I have installed Scrollout F1 but have not been able to get it to configure right. I need help getting it to work in order to stop this spam 100-500 email per day for each in box. I am open to other open source options if you thin this one is not good.
