Development of an small desktop app that simulates a roulette strategy

We're looking for someone to develop a very simple desktop based software (windows) showing the user how to beat an online casino with the martingale (or similar) strategy. The software will also need to have a feature where as soon as the installer is launched it asks the user to choose a casino from one of the recommended casinos list. Once the choice is made the software will: 1. install the selected casino onto the user's computer 2. launch the roulette software/system We will provide the casino softwares so all the tool itself will have to do is launch the installation of the selected casino We will provide examples of similar tools to be used as guideline to shortlisted candidates. There are a number of these roulette strategy tools publicly available on the net so it would be very preferable if you have worked with this type of software in the past. Please provide samples of similar work you have done for your application to be considered. Thank you
