I will do the following: 1) uboot feature optimization 2) first boot up in console mode to get the timing 3) in bootloader pass spash option to get new timing wit display enabled 4) optimize display driver if display is bottleneck 5) otherwise use proper kernel config to quick boot. 6) lastly looking at user apps for optimization
