Make a Perl script that talks to Web Search API and fetch URLs

I would like a Perl script made so that it will get the keyword that is in a text file, one keyword phrase per line and send request to a web search API to get URLs matching the keyword and store it as a CSV. I've considered using Faroo as a web search API, but their service is currently down. Any web search API is alright, but it needs to be free, or low cost and be able to use PayPal to sign up to their web search API. *Yacy seems to be good a good web search api for this project, [login to view URL]:API , but I am open to suggestions. Technologies that will be used are: parsing JSON or parsing XML and Perl.
