I need a SPECIALIST in Mongo to solve a persistent error with the system. You need to be a specialist. That means you know EVERYTHING about mongo. I do not want someone who has worked with mongo and that is all. You have to know fully about EC2/AWS/EBS/Ubuntu/Mongo/Java - an expert. You need to have solid knowledge of DBA Mongo, including mongod, mongo, ports, conf, db paths, locked files. Your knowledge needs to be 100% solid. I do not want someone who did a few CRUD queries who knows something about documents but really solid knowledge. This is debugging an error. So only an hour or so is needed for the right person, but you need to have the relevant skills. When applying please detail the skills you have honestly.
