We are looking to create a user to user financial product matching platform. It will consist of 4 components:
1. User terminal (external users)
2. match server
3. central database
4. Trader terminal
1. User Terminal:
Each user will have a terminal that will allow them to enter stock positions and desired trading levels. The terminal will:
a. make simple calculations and display them in a user customizable grid that can sort fields and records. I will spec out all the calculations in a spreadheet to excel familiarity is required.
b. pull in and display realtime market data from the Bloomberg Desktop API
c. have a user customizable separate alert window that will alert the user when relevant data is available
d. allow the user to generate trades from their positions that can be sent to the central server for matching and execution
2. A central server will match and parse these positions and maintain a centrally managed database of trades. It will parse incoming trades and alert the relevant terminals of a match.
3. Central database: MySQL database will maintain all trade records. I have the data schema already created for this.
4. Trader terminal:
A simple terminal that will allow an employee to see and sort all available orders in the database, and alert them to a match, and allow them to change the status
I need a developer that:
-Has experience with financial application in windows
-Understands real time market data display
-Understands the basics of financial markets and interest calculation
-Has created working market data based windows applications before
I will share the full spec with credible developers after signing an NDA.

Please note:
We will only complete this project and pay for the project within the freelancer system. Please do not ask us to complete the transaction in any manner other than freelancer's payment system. I understand there are fees associated but but this is the only way we will complete this contract. Please bid this job with the fees in mind.
Also, we will fully deposit the entire bid price up front to make your comfortable, but we will set reasonable milestones and only release payments in proportion to the job completion. We will not prepay any portion for the awarded amount so please do not ask.
