Hi, The best way to proceed with this request is to use domain driven design. Your domain class would relate to any type of storage you want (from Sql db on Azure or classic sql database) and the api would easily created using WebApi. For the OAuth, I would use the standard Owin if possible. It's kind of hard to know how complex the api will be with just these information you provide
