Hi, My name is Nikhil Sharma and I'm a SugarCRM consultant. I have over 6 years of pure SugarCRM experience under my belt and have been working on the platform since version 5. I have also worked on the latest SugarCRM version 7 which is not yet publicly available but will soon be out. I'm mentioning this because there is a major shift in Sugar framework from version 6.X to 7. The new architecture uses "Sidecar" framework which shifts a lot of processing on the client side.
