Proposal Writer for Event Management Response to RFP

Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Proposal Writer for a RFP we have received approval to go the 2nd Phase and submit a proposal for this project. This current project RFP is for a Conference Director / Event Management services for annual conferences. You will need to review the AP proposal and write a response for us to "Win" this proposal. We do have a "Budget template" we will use to include in this proposal as you see fit per your direction we will cost all areas out, since we have a working knowledge of the industry. NOTE Proposal Instructions: Proposal should not exceed 12 double sided pages when printed. Format of submissions is letter format with limited tabloid format pages as required. Font not to be smaller than 10 pt arial narrow. *Must have knowledge of writing RFP responses (Please submit a 1 page sample of previous work) Once we select you when we get this proposal we would like the individual to join our team to write for all the requirements on this RFP. The ideal person we select preferably should have knowledge to find ongoing proposals for i.e. for event, meetings, annual conferences, in the event industry and U.S. government knowledge to get and bid on similar RFP's by determining concept; gathering and formatting information; writing drafts; obtaining approvals. Requirements • 2-4 years of proven track record of Proposal and other general writing experience required, A plus,Government proposal experience/ exposure comes highly preferred. • Ability to work with other team members: ie. Marketing/PR, Event Planners, Project Managers/Team Leads, Accounting and Principals (owners) and affiliate vendors… Skills/Qualifications: • Presentation Skills, written communication, technical documentation, layout skills, problem solving, deadline-oriented, process improvement recommendations are required. **SUBMISSION OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY: • A sample of a written RFP response (No more than 1 page) for an event, program or facility. We will require ongoing conference calls (EST) and meet to review projects Our company OES is based in the Washington, DC Metro area. However, we will consider an “Exceptional” Proposal writer outside of this area.
