As part of your data quality program and measurement plan, you will outline a balanced scorecard proposal. You will use a template, linked in the Resources, to define each scorecard component, and you will develop a presentation to propose your scorecard components. Part I Using the Balanced Scorecard Template, outline each key indicator, measurement, and target outcome that will be used. Complete each of the four tabs in the template. Part II Create a PowerPoint presentation (12–15 slides) that covers the following topics: Describe each key indicator, measurement, and target outcome. Explain your reasoning for target outcomes and why you chose them. Apply specific strategies for applying data quality measures as part of a specific core data management project. Evaluate the balanced scorecard as an overall strategy of measuring data quality for the organization or case. Describe any potential disadvantages or limitations to using the balanced scorecard approach.
