The better xbox controller.

I'm an avid Halo player and am looking forward to halo: master chief collection coming out in a couple of days. However I am also have some problems with anger management and coupled with my very slow internet have destroyed many controllers over the years. What I want is a 3d model of an xbox one controller that I can make out of metal, or more accurately send to a metal manufacturing plant for them to make. I want it to be designed to just be a case that I can stick the insides of another controller into. It needs to be strong enough to be used as a hammer without being damaged which means it can't be a copy of the normal xbox one controller but instead an upgraded design which means some engineering sort of work is required. I'm sure there are many xbox one controller 3d models out there so maybe all that needs to be done is download one, modify it so the supporting structure is stronger. Button holes need to be in the same location, thicker walls but can't rub against analogue sticks and supporting structure for holding the motherboard and rumble motors the same. So I could get any xbox one controller open it up and transfer it into this new metal design and be on my way. It can't be one piece because I need to be able to get the logic board inside. I hold the controller in my right hand and bash the opposite side against the desk. so this means the joints on that side, that is to say, where the back and front plate are held together with some screws, are where the controllers break. usually the plastic holding the screw breaks so the front and back plate are free floating on that side and the other screws hold it together. So maybe if it is designed to have a slightly modified join location so it isn't the join that keeps getting hit but the solid metal would be good. As well as thicker screw holder things designed for stronger screws so it can't possibly break that way would be great. It's honestly not a difficult modification. I don't foreseeing it taking many hours of work to change it. I am thinking I will take the finished 3d modified model to a 3d printer place where i will get a prototype and send that to a metal casting place or something and they can do their mould thing and create it for me. so the difference pieces will need to be designed in a way to be able to be cast. I don't know what that would entail or even if it was possible but I will try. On a side note. I see many different forum threads on the internet about people asking for more robust controllers and everyone else saying, "don't get angry, it's just a game" A lot of the time I can't help it. And I am not the only one. It may just be a game but it is also my life. And It is costing me a lot to keep buying controllers.
