I can alter the design of this case, test print it on a Rep2. I'm familiar with Rasberry Pi, but have not used the circuit board. Are screw holes in the corners ok, without touching the CB?

I have reviewed the attached file you provided. The current design is good. but the locking mechanism is not that strong enough for such product. For most of the electronical products, at least one screw is required, so the housing will not pop up. In your current design, adding 4 screw holes is easy to do. Add 4 screw holes to the base housing, and add 4 screw stud on the top. There should be a PCB board inside the housing, is there any interference when adding 4 screws to the housing? I can help you to finish the design, but I need your help to provide me the original 3D drawing (solidworks format, or iges, or STP/STEP, not STL which I can not modify the drawing for you.) If you have the *.stp file I can add those screw features in promptly. Are you looking to have them on the inside of the case? Or on the outisde of the case? If it's going on the inside, what does the board look like so I don't hit any components? Looking forward to helping you with this.
