We need design for our prototype unit, mechanism to joint four linkrods. Our requirement should be strictly meet following requirement. 1. The angle should be 120 degree with each other linkrods, tolerance +_ 1 min. 2. Joint mechanism should be tool-free. 3. Joint should be strength bearing capacity. 4. Economical for Production. 5. Length of rod is variable for work to work. 6. Width of rod is variable for next work. 7. Shape of link rod can be recommendable prefer round shape.
