Belarusian Copywriter for fashion E-commerce store

We are a fashion brand company, where we sell most of our goods via our website. We are looking for a state-of-the-art native Belarusian copywriter to help up set up the webpage in the Belarusian language, so we can start up running a clothing fashion eCommerce shop in Belarus. The original text is in English, so the candidate would also have to know the English language very well. The text has to be translated to the Belarusian language with a lot of thought. The translation must be appropriate according to the story, literal translation does not go well. Therefore we seek for the candidate being super fluent in the Belarusian language (being native is a requirement) and has comprehensive knowledge of how to structure texts that will fit on the website and would have a big success in sales.
