Translate Something

Flavius Josephus used two Greek words in Book 18 of Antiquities of the Jews and I need a better understanding of his usage. Fluent in ancient Greek is required and knowledge of the Roman Empire is helpful. All information needed is on a two page .docx file. It will not be uploaded until this project is accepted.
